From The Desk of The Founder & Directors

Assam Rehabilitation Center began on 16th May 2018 in Hengarabari, Guwahati, with a small 1100 sq. ft. space and just one therapist. With growing trust from families, our team and services expanded, and within six months our centre grew to 2400 sq. ft. After the pandemic, on 18th January 2021, we shifted to our current facility at Sapta Swahid Path, Dispur, offering a more advanced, child-friendly environment.

Our mission has always been to provide quality therapy to children with special needs, address both physical and neurodivergent challenges, and promote early identification for better outcomes. We aim to help every child become independent, confident, and able to participate meaningfully in daily life.

As we continue to grow, our commitment remains the same — to offer evidence-based therapy, transparent processes, and a supportive space where children can flourish and families feel empowered.

At ARC, we focus on discovering each child’s hidden strengths and guiding them toward improved social, emotional, and cognitive development—so they can grow with dignity and live a happier, more fulfilling life.
